What to know before your visit with us

What to do in the days leading up to your dental appointment

 - Fill out your medical history forms sent to you via email or SMS, if you struggle with these please do not hesitate to reach out to our reception team.

 

What to bring to your appointment

 - Any medication that you need such as an inhaler, GTN spray or Epi-pen

 - Reading glasses (If needed)

 - Any exemption certificates to give to us as evidence (NHS only)

 - A list of any new or changed medications (If there have been any changes)

 

What should I do if I can't make my appointment?

If you aren't able to make your appointment please let our reception team know as soon as possible. We do ask all of our patients to give us at least 24 hours notice prior to the appointment. If you aren't able to give us 24 hours notice, this may incur a charge. If you would like more information, please view our cancellation policy.
